The purpose of this blog is to help educate recruiters, clients and candidates with the end goal of improving the recruitment industry, one step at a time. The hope is that this will (slowly but surely) chip away at the horrendous stereotype that recruiters carry, and to show that, at least some of us, are not just job board CV flinger’s!
